Our knowledgeable staff can assist you or your agent in the selection of the right holiday products to suit your budget and expectations.
Use of this website
Egypt & Beyond Travel presents this website with all due care and accuracy. The Company will make every effort to ensure that the website remains available for use on a 24/7 basis, but does not accept responsibility for any downtime caused through any factor. Egypt & Beyond Travel warrants that in the event of such downtime, contact will be available by telephone, email or fax during published office hours.
Egypt & Beyond Travel makes known that all services booked through this website are supplied subject to the Terms and Conditions of the supplier of the service as well as Egypt & Beyond Travel own terms and conditions.
Egypt & Beyond Travel does not endorse or approve any materials found on the internet, and shall not be liable in any way for such materials. You acknowledge that Egypt & Beyond Travel cannot monitor or control any content accessed via our site or via any link from our site to another.
Egypt & Beyond Travel is not responsible for ensuring that the website is accurate, or that it is secure and error or virus free. Egypt & Beyond Travel is not responsible or liable for the supply and/or maintenance of your IT equipment, or for the use of any software.

The Terms and Conditions, Responsibilities and Obligations associated with use of this website are in direct association with our general Terms and Conditions which remain entirely valid for all website transactions, queries and information sources. All users acknowledge that the contents of this website and its associated Intellectual Property Rights remain the property of Egypt & Beyond Travel Pty Ltd. The Company does not permit any unauthorised use of any part of this website.
Egypt & Beyond Travel retains all intellectual property rights, and rights by any similar legislation outside the Republic of Egypt, and/or any similar unregistered right. You should not rely on the absolute accuracy of this website without having made your own independent enquiries. If you are operating as a business when using this website, you must ensure that all employees, contractors, company officers and any other agents acting for on your behalf, are made fully aware of these terms and conditions pertaining to use of this website.
You should authorise use of this website in accordance with the Terms of this Agreement. You must agree to inform Egypt & Beyond Travel immediately you become aware of any unauthorised use of this website by current or former employees. You must also ensure that any Passwords and account details used by you and your employees are kept confidential. If you become aware of a breach in confidentiality, you must inform us in writing immediately. Before you use this website, you must agree to train yourself and/or your staff to use the site effectively and accurately.
Prices
All pricing is clearly identified by a currency prefix, for example, U$D or Euro. Where exchange rate fluctuations occur of more than 2.5% & if government imposes any type of new tax wasn't included before arrival date, or any other increases in the price of services provided which are beyond the control of The Company, then The Company reserves the right to adjust package prices accordingly, up to and including the day of departure of your itinerary, even though the balance of payment may have been made. Acceptance of this arrangement is a condition of booking.

Airfares unless otherwise stated, visa & passport costs, travel insurance, vaccination and medical expenses, excess baggage, airport departure taxes, laundry, postage, phone calls, fax/email charges, beverages, items of a personal nature, tips and meals not mentioned on itinerary.
Travel Insurance
Travel Insurance is not included in any of the prices quoted in this website. You are strongly advised to arrange this cover to protect you for the duration of your holiday. We suggest that you take out the policy at time of booking and that the policy should include, but not be limited to the following features: Loss of deposit and/or final payment; injury, death, theft, loss of luggage and personal items, curtailment of tours en-route, medical expenses, cancellation of advance purchase airfares, additional expenses to cover hotel accommodation and repatriation costs should your holiday need to be extended or curtailed due to illness while overseas.
Company Responsibility
Egypt & Beyond Travel Pty Ltd is not itself a carrier or hotelier, nor do we own aircraft, or hotels. The services that The Company supplies consist of arranging and coordinating accommodation, tours and transfers, making bookings and issuing vouchers to be redeemed by suppliers. We exercise every care in the selection of reputable airlines , hotels and floating hotels and other suppliers of the various travel services that are used in these tours. It is important to note, therefore, that all bookings with Egypt & Beyond Travel are subject to the terms and conditions and limitations of liability imposed by airlines, hoteliers, floating hotels and other service providers including but not limited to transport companies, government authorities & restaurant operators, whose services we utilise, some of which limit or exclude liability in respect of death, personal injury, delay and loss or damage of baggage.
We always do our best to ensure that your holiday arrangements are satisfactory, and we accept liability for, but only to the extent of, any loss or damage sustained by you as the result of our negligence, or that of our employees or agents. However The Company does not accept any liability of whatever nature for the acts, omissions or default whether negligent or otherwise, of those airlines, transport companies, and cruise companies, hoteliers or other persons providing services in connection with your tour arrangements pursuant to a contract between themselves and yourself (which may be evidenced in writing by the issue of a ticket, voucher, coupon or the like) and over which The Company has no direct and exclusive control.
The Company does not accept responsibility in contract or in tort (actionable wrong) for any injury, damage, loss, delay, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which is beyond its control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on the part of The Company, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, flood, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or any other authorities, accidents to, or failure of machinery or equipment, or industrial action (whether or not involving our employees and even though such actions may be settled by acceding to the demands of a labour group).
Traveller's Responsibility
You should familiarise yourself with any health or visa requirements that may be applicable in the areas that you intend visiting, and you shall be responsible for all entry, exit, health and other documents required by law, regulations, orders, demands or requirements of the countries visited or transited.
You shall carry a valid passport at all times. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements are not our responsibility and we are not liable for any loss or expense due to your failure to comply with the above. It remains your responsibility to ensure that these documents are in order and to meet any additional costs incurred (whether by the client or by Egypt & Beyond Travel on the client's behalf) as a result of failure to comply with such requirements.
You accept that you may be travelling through areas of political or climatic instability, high altitude and remote areas without proper medical services, and accept the associated risks. The making of a booking constitutes your acceptance of all booking terms and conditions as described herein and forms the basis of your contract with Egypt & Beyond Travel.

No representation made by your Travel Agent to you concerning the quality, location, or any other matter in relation to the services and facilities provided by The Company shall bind The Company unless your Travel Agent has been expressly or impliedly authorised by us to make such a representation.
Credit Card Terms
To make a payment on this web site with a credit card, the following conditions must be met:
By continuing with your booking or transaction you acknowledge that these conditions are read and accepted.
Payment Terms and Conditions
Late bookings: Any booking made less than 7 days prior to departure will be charged a $100 booking fee.
Minimum booking: Please note all bookings of less than $1000 in total will be charged a $55 booking fee. This will be added to your booking automatically.
Cancellations and Amendments: Your first amendment to a booking is free. Second and subsequent amendments will be charged at $55 per amendment.
Please ensure that you have read and understood the important cancellation fees before paying for your booking.
Cancellations (Excluding Peak Dates & applies to individual bookings except peak dates, not applicable to custimised groups)
All cancellations must be made in writing through Egypt & Beyond Travel. No responsibility is taken for cancellations of hotel bookings or other services made directly by the client or the client’s travel agent with the service provider, regardless of whether written proof is given.
Cancellation of confirmed services forming part of an existing booking will incur cancellation fees as listed.
Egypt & Beyond Travel Cancellation Fees
Our standard schedule of cancellation fees is as follows:
Cancellation fees during peak times (Christmas, New Year & Easter & Custimised Group Cancellations)
Supplier Cancellation Fees
Supplier cancellation charges may be in addition to the charges outlined above. Supplier charges are based on the commencing date and cost of each confirmed arrangement. Some services have cancellation fees higher than the standard scale, as listed below as a guide. Actual cancellation charges may vary as they are based on the amount levied on Egypt & Beyond Travel by suppliers at the time of cancellation. Charges may be up to 100% of the cost paid.
Air tickets: Prior to ticketing U$75; after ticketing U$250; after departure no refund. Cancellation fees depend on the conditions of the applicable airfare.
